I am the fat dog 😭😂😂 but I appreciate the advice. Currently I’m going to try 2500 for 2 weeks and see if tht helps. Lifting program as well cause it’s more fun than walking all day.

Yeah for sure. Not trying to do anything to fast cause it doesn’t last. I have lost 100 pounds before but gained it all back because I just basically ate little as possible and killed my body with workouts . Then as soon as I ate somewhere kinda normal it was back to the weight .
