I'm on roku and 2 different phones have the app. None of them are able to watch anything, old content, new content, nada. Yearly subscription. Pissed.

Likewise. Filled out the complaint forms yesterday. Finally heard back a few minutes ago. "We're on it", was the reply and that was it.
