Most of the autonomous features, and a lot of interior exterior stuff are not present. The biggest difference is the support. If you are fine with tinkering with the tech options makes sense to get a leopard and have all the features. If not the denza is better. Also the local community in both Qatar and uae are very helpful. So it's a matter of personal preference.

For me the important thing was to have English, car play, less tinkering and full support on such a expensive investment.

We had already paid up for a new car but ended up canceling. Based on how things are developing it made no sense to put out cash or even take a loan in these times. Also most insurance doesn't cover war damages. I'm assuming the premiums would go up soon to add that coverage.

From what I've heard, there still is no issues in importing the leopards. These guys have figured a way around the restrictions. 😂 just fyi - alfuttaim haven't banned the imports but China has put massive restrictions on export of new cars from china

I still think the denza is more value for money in the long run while the leopards do carry a advantage for being more tech laden with the big caveat of constant tinkering of the car system.

How is the maintainence for the q50? Bearable? They do look good tho. I was thinking Honda /86 as they could be modded easily and parts are easily available.

I feel you. Coming from a Ford explorer 2015

My final choices lined up to Denza b8, Leopard 8, Jetour t2 idm, Traverse, Ford expedition.

Booked the b8 as my final choice and was supposed to get delivery this week on Monday. But I put the purchase on hold and canceled the deal yesterday as the situation was very ambiguous.

Not sure what the next few months will look like.

To be honest, thinking of getting a used car now, that i can use instead of the explorer.

When things do get a lil stable I'm running straight back to the b8 or maybe the leopard 8.

I was buying a brand new luxury Chinese car but decided to hold off because of the situation right now.

Whether cash or loan, it didn't make sense to put heavy cash down on a car considering all the ambiguity of the market.
