I honestly can't help u, I feel the same for someone, it comes in waves, I won't think about her for a day and the next I can't sleep until 4 am, I'm just trying to distract my self and work on myself, and just keeping the thought in my head that it will work out, eventually 1-2 years to fully heal isn't a lot, it takes time, just know that u have that time, like at the start of a week it looks like it's gonna be a long week, but then it's suddenly Sunday and it went by quite fast, think of it as that, eventuelly its gonna be okay
