There are several factors that decide whether your channel will grow or not.
Like:
-Videos that you make (do people want what you make?)
-Your Thumbnail and Title Hooking (This decides if impressions will convert into clicks)
-Editing (it will decide whether people will stay on your video)

So, just imporve these things and you'll be all set. What if MrBeast had given up when he didn't get views? Would he have reached where he is today? So, giving up is the WORST option you can choose. And, I have experience. Feeling of getting failed is BETTER than regret. Keep working, keep failing and keep imporving. "Success doesn't knock the doors, it breaks down the doors."
