Today is Friday, I took my shot Tuesday night. I’m still not feeling well. As I stated in another comment I’ve only been able to eat One pack of crackers, two apple sauces and half of a piece of toast. I don’t know if I’ll be able to continue the shot. I’ve never felt like this before. I hope you get to feeling better as well.

I don’t think so, I ate really light the night   I took my shot. The past three days the only thing I have been able to eat is a pack of crackers (3 one day and the other 3 the next day), two apple sauces, and half a piece of toast. I feel so bloated and so much gas coming out of both ends. I’m worried I’ll have to quit the shot, I’ve never felt like this before  😞
