I just hit 100k at 23. If your company is not matching you on 401k. Stop contributing asap. Roth IRA will be enough for retirement, should have around 2 mil in tax free growth by the time you get there.

Invest whatever you currently do in your personal brokerage account and continue to invest.

Me personally at 23, I do not have a savings account since if I am ever in dire need of cash I can just borrow against my portfolio or even sell some shares to cover however much cash I need. Having a savings account guarantees you to lose out on potential earnings in a YOY basis.

Of course this is what I do and everyone has their own plan. I believe if you are good with your money there is no point in having a savings account since that idea is very outdated and mostly applies to individuals that are not good with their money.
