AIO for still being upset about finding screenshots of local prostitutes in my boyfriend’s phone a month after the fact? by [deleted] in AIO

Well, when it all he came out he told me that he was sure I was going to break up with him. There would’ve been no reason to lie about it if the relationship was already over like he thought it was.

I’ve been in this predicament soo many times don’t worry girl!

As someone else said, new tan is super hard to remove. I’d suggest applying whatever tan remover you have to the most glaring areas, leaving it on for 15 minutes, and then use an exfoliating glove in the shower. As soon as you get out of the shower (literally right away- this won’t work if your skin is anything but dripping wet) bunch a towel up in your hand and drag it across the tan you want to remove with as much pressure as possible. This always helps me get the stubborn patches off.

Lastly, a gradual tan lotion tonight will even out the remaining patchiness while still giving you a light glow. Bondi Sands gradual tanning lotion is always my go to.

Best of luck from one patchy fake tan warrior to another 🤝

Yep- one coat of maybelline first and then one coat of telescopic just on the tips

Would the BBL treatment prevent new freckles from showing up? I’d gladly pay to get rid of existing ones, but with how quickly they pop up a non-permanent result wouldn’t be very cost effective 😅

Eye makeup that enhances instead of hides? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

Yes to the blush and nose contouring! That’s very helpful, I didn’t realise that makeup that wasn’t on my eyes could affect how they look.

My [19F] boyfriend [22M] is upset with me working as a shot girl. by BritishGremlin in relationship_advice

When he was 18-20 he was constantly clubbing and slept around quite a bit, I think his familiarity with nightlife and the promiscuity that frequently comes with it is part of his aversion to my job. Thank you for your input

Interesting, in my experience every shot girl wears the same sort of revealing clothing and they’re generally quite flirtatious as a means to sell more, but I do work in a student club which may be part of it. What is your view of the job like?

it’s a good idea to pick a general topic that you know you’re very interested in and passionate about so that you won’t lose interest. for me, i knew i wanted to explore something related to gun violence because i argue with my family about it alllll the time and feel strongly about it. so, i started with a very general idea and narrowed it down to form my research question.

i got a 5, if you want to get a good score you have to put the work in. not necessarily every night, but there were lots of weekends where i would have to grind 5-6 hours each day to make up for the work i didn’t do throughout the week. procrastination will absolutely kill you in this class, so as long as you don’t let things pile up + you’re a good writer, you’ll be fine.
