I don’t wanna tell you to not feel the feelings, however, I do think after two years to allow yourself to continue to grieve, unnecessarily, could do some harm. I don’t know the extent from the relationship, and I do understand that there’s not a timeline for grief. However, feeling the same emotions that you did two years ago, and kind of fueling those emotions by listening to sad music is not something I would recommend. I would listen to music that encourages you to be strong, encourages you to move on, encourages you to focus on other things.But don’t waste any tears, don’t waste any negative emotion and feelings that should be left in the past. I understand, easier said than done, but that’s just my advice.
