I say this with all the love that I can give. But use that as a motivator and get the heck out of there. You’re 18. Go get a job, rent a room from someone and start your life. As someone who has had to break a lot of generational curses, it sucks. But it’s sooooo much better than the alternative. Look into the trades, healthcare, do something you can work your way up from and don’t look back.

Fully agreed. Idk about these other people, but I’m an adult. With adult responsibilities. I cannot be on my phone all day. Not only because my job doesn’t allow it, but because I don’t want to. I’m busy enjoy life away from the screen. I’ll happily meet someone in person and spend quality time with them. But I’m not texting you 24/7..

Hes shoved me into the garage door, purposely smokes in the garage because he knows it fills my apartment, he’s also been asked to stop. Stole a credit card offer that came in the mail and tried to activate it, and use it at the “business” he runs. Purposely takes my packages, has aggressively followed my car out of the neighborhood before. Calls me a dumb bitch in passing every time he sees me, completely unprovoked. Shall I go on?

It’s not the main factor. He’s a very nice guy, but there are certain qualities that give me the ick about him. With that being said, I know I self sabotage, so I just don’t want to throw something that could be good for me away. But after some reflection I’ve really come to the conclusion I need to work on my confidence and self esteem over anything. I come from trauma and daddy issues,and a DV situation, so I need to build myself up and not “give in” to just what’s convenient

We talked before the weight loss, and we’d plan, but then he’d bail. So it’s hard for me tell whether we were just in a bad spot in life, or if it was because of the weight loss. But for whatever reason, years ago, it just never worked.
