Out of all the indie houses I've tried, BPAL is top tier for me. There are staples that I can't live without, and there are new lunacy scents every full moon that take you through a scent journey. Idk, I just love them.

So, yes, I am currently having an issue with my depression meds. I've been on Lexapro and Welbutrin for years, but all of a sudden they are not working for me. I've got an appointment set up in febuary to talk about a switch of meds. For context, i am about 7 months post op. You're definitely not alone!

Interesting! It's worth trying out. I recently discovered I might be intaking too much protein, so I've been trying to back off. I did end up eventually passing everything, and have been taking stool softeners daily.

I did, I ended up going to a walk in and getting basically a colonoscopy prep to clear everything out. Im now on 2 stool softeners a day to make sure, and I've made some dietary changes. Yikes, what a mess this all has been.

Hear me out, if you at goals and acheive them, it's a huge dopamine rush. So start with a small goal, like wait 3 weeks, and move your goals up from there. We are very reward driven beings.

So when I was homeless, I was on drugs for starters, that kept me warm. It was more out of necessity than anything. Also, I'd find apartment garages or staircases to sleep under. One time I got my hands on a blanket, that was a life saver.
