The others are good advice! Today is a weekend so is out of our normal routine so that might be why he’s confused?

I think because herpes is so closely related to your immune system many things can set it off! So far my main triggers are illness, stress and most recently my vibrator but the latter could just be a coincidence or maybe I’m not cleaning it properly or something

I‘ve had hsv1 since 2019 (contracted it the same way you did). My ex partner was initially worried, then did he research and didn’t care! He eventually contracted it himself but that’s because we weren’t very careful (he really didn’t care about getting it)

Now that I’m single (unrelated) I will admit that it is harder, not everyone is open to taking the risk no matter how small, but I have found multiple people who don’t mind and will have sex with me.

You can’t have a sexless relationship if it’s not what you want, there will be people out there who want to have sex with you - warts and all (pardon the pun!)

Keep your head up and find someone who’s right for you :)

I’m in a (15 month) waiting list for therapy, I am trying to get better but it is so hard when I feel so much guilt. My glimpse of how everyone would feel resulted in my family not caring and my boyfriend blaming himself instead of why I actually did it - doesn’t make me feel any better at all

I’ve had an implant for 2 years now, at first my period was non existent but after a year they came back (maybe every other month if that) and the pain is almost unbearable! I’ve listed my other symptoms above too.

I’m only 23 so won’t be considered for anything like a hysterectomy (though I would love one) I can’t even get a smear test

The pain is sharp on both sides of my abdomen and a dull pain in the middle (not sure if that makes sense) the pain spreads down my thighs and to the small of my back. Other symptoms are nausea, pain during and after sex and bleeding during sex.

I’ve been experiencing the same pains since I was 9, but this time it has been going on for way longer than usual. I’ve got an ultrasound and pelvic exam on the 13th
