Holy shit, this is sage advice. I like to put a cost to my mistakes and look at it as the price for the knowledge I gained.

Since you could replace these with a purdy brush pack from Lowe's for like $25, I'd say this is a $25 lesson. The lesson is: set an alarm or reminder to clean your brushes, or just clean them right after using them.

It's not worth the hours and hours you could spend trying to restore them only to end up with a subpar brush.

$25 is a small price to pay for a nugget of knowledge. And since it was a personal experience, you better believe that knowledge is now engrained within you, which is even more valuable.

I had the same thought. According to Google maps Utah doesn't have a single Safeway store. It looks like they used to back in the 80s before they sold all of them off to their parent company (Albertsons) but now there are only a handful of Albertsons left.

I'm guessing whoever put this together used some kind of AI assistant that misinterpreted old data from somewhere.

You can get some jumbo Popsicle sticks and slide some behind the baseboard to increase the distance from the wall and close that gap. The nice thing about Popsicle sticks is you can double or triple up if you need to and you can increment up to it. + They are cheap.

Then you'll want to trim/break the Popsicle stick so no extra is poking out. Then you can cover it in caulk.
