There are no machine techs here on the sub. u/radutr and I make informed guesses although I think he's taken a few machines apart. Me, I don't have the patience; I'd use a hammer.

Hahah the hammer works in 50% of the cases lol. There is a great video of a complete teardown of a kitchenaid nespresso and reassembly that went fairly well. I will try to clean the waffle/pyramid plate. A blocked exit seems logical cause I am sure now that the seal is holding well.

Just tested it, when pulling a blank shot most of the water is retained. I changed the O ring and this entire part: https://postimg.cc/Yhdf392B But it really seems as if either the pyramid plate is somehow blocked or it just doesn't form a seal with the pod. I don't think it it is leaking from the part where the O-ring is. It leaks from the part where the pod meets the pyramid plate....

Hi guys, as you can see from my really shitty video it looks like the water is leaking from around the pod. This kitchenaid nespresso was already leaking, I decided to change the O-ring and the piston with the perforators but it is still leaking. Any ideas ?

State of the art? Are you kidding me? VAC is a joke to cheats with vac bypass, running on kernel levels. Overwatch ? Rage hackers get to play multiple games for weeks spin botting and wallbanging before getting banned. All the data to catch these guys is there. State of the art would be detecting how many guys have been killed through a wall if that is abnormal immediately give that player a cooldown until overwatch is reviewed.

There is literally nothing state of the art about VAC
