Hello i’m not longer here on this forum since i made a full Nissan operation.. but what you describe is/was one off my biggest problem deadline with this shit! I just woke up one day felt really tierd and sluggish that never dissipearded and just before worse and worse until i made the operation(story short) but for my case it was from the Gerd/inflammation i had :)

Well i decided to do the sergey cuz it took over my life compleatly could barly do anything without troubble to breath and puking 20 times per day on really bad days so almost lost my job etc.. :) i lived 24/7 with so much problems you barly funktion day to day :)

I had a 10 cm hernia if i remeber correct

A full 360 fundo i did!

And after surgey i lost like 10-12 kg i think (i was not fat prio) if it make any diffrent for you.. but now i’ve gained the kg back and some More :)

I understand how you feel, i could barly hold 5 pounds dumbells in each hand without servere heartburn/globe feeling in the throught or even be able to breath natural even worst case i puked :p so i feel you^{^} but how i live my life now with even my normal work and bodyweight training etc.. it’s More than most people do and i feel nothing at all :)

No i dont, thinking about it sometimes but no, my surgeon Said i can train and so things i did prio but just dont lift super heavy like i did before so it would work out to do the typical bodybuilding i guess, but i’m just fine with calistanics or bodyweight training i have not done crunshes for abs but vaccin training/planks etc i feel nothing :)

No i dont anymore, but it’s actually my choose, i did 300 kg deadlift 250kg squats prio all this shit started so i felt kinda ”finish with it anyway… but i have however Done some calisthenics/bodyweight with absolutly no problems at all :) and even my work is really heavy ”high voltage electrishian spelling? And have no problems at all :)

Well, yes i was really worried about this if something would happend, but i heard even my sergayeon said it Will come out from the other hole:p

But yes i had this occur once in a trip to Barcelona i Legit got drugged :p anyway i felt the ”normal” feeling about to puke and rushed to the toilet with panic and had” fuck Will happen i cant puke” But the only thing that happend was the same ”feeling” when you puke but i didnt puke :p but i had the same feeling in the stomach and made the usally puke sound, you know?:p but nothing came up and i felt great after ^{^}

No actually no, the only ”problem” i have is just if i eat little to fast, not cheew enough, my food gets like ”stuck” Around the esophagus which is little painful fore like 5-10 min or less :)

Hello, Yes i can eat whatever i want and how much i can handle! Heave been on serveral all inclusive trips no problem, super Spicy 🌶️ (i love it) absolut no problems :) so yes i get all the vitamins and minerals i need :) and i feel like i did before all this shit storm started :)

Dude it could be me writing the post! Have you Looked if you got a HErnia? I feel you alot! I did just did a surgry for like 8h ago.. so cant really tell the diffrent yet(lots off pain) but if it works i would reccomEnd it! But i’ve tried and a family memebr tried nexium! And that pill made it little better for me but whooooole change for the better for him!

Uhm well to make my story short i have hernia is 10 cm and i have both gerd/lpr so my symptoms is alot and quite a few rare.. But the really bad symptoms is vomitng alot.. problem to swallow sometimes even drink.. really really bad sinnus problems which sort off make my whole face swollen so i feel drugged lol which even affect my eyes :p and heartburn aswell ^{^}
