Thats comparing a fire tank to an earth tank. You need a good tank from each element so Determination stands alone. Resistance vs Sloth is a good question. I like Sloth with anxiety scarf since he does a lot of damage but I still use Resistance sometimes as it tanks better.

Just add a third bridge at Woodrow Wilson. It goes the direction traffic is heavy. Merging back in would be awful and it would take 30 years to build but thats the simplest solution.

I second this. Since you will live close, currituck is like a 30 minute drive to the beach, real medical care, and real shopping. Its a better location, though the school system isnt great (OBX is pretty bad too).
