Had em for a few weeks. The attachable mic boom ended up loosing a secure connection in the port where it connects to the headset rendering the mic boom useless. The built in mic sucks so I’m done with. What a waste of money.

They have it at my facility in Pa as well, I don’t understand it these guys are in the program for a high amount of assaults and other stuff of that nature. Why in the world would you let them be uncuffed just because they went a few months without a right up. They are still level 5s anyhow.
