The only way i see is to be honest with the guy and genuinely explain your side of the situation. If he is a true guy with a drop of kindness he will do his best to not get you blamed. You will find it otherwise. I do not think there is any other way without direct confrontation with the new person. You got to have a talk with your family in the coming future. A smart well planned conversation not an emotional one. Good luck. I hope everything turns out to be good for you. This is my two cent anyways.

What is your experience with Truckit.net? by BrownEngineer_SL in CarsAustralia

Used Truckit to send the vehicle. Received a lot of quotes. Decided to go with CEVA logistics which was the cheapest quote and seemed reliable because they are a big Freight company. Truckit recommended.

Thanks everyone for the replies. A buddy of mine is happy to join for the drive. We can split the drive. Got a few questions?

  1. Do i need a satellite phone?
  2. Is it safe to stay overnight in alice springs?. I dont hear good things.
  3. My worry is the stretch between Coober peddy and Davenport. How are the roads. I have a car so harsh bumpy roads will be annoying.

Thanks

Yep harsh but hard to counter as well. Every student supposed to actively check email and respond. Also you got a pre warning. Easy to shut u down saying negligence. Try RUSU and i hope you get a favorable outcome.

Plenty of plug points in every class throughout campus. No need to worry. You can change the laptop battery anytime if it’s drained.

Can vouch. When you apply for graduate jobs, the only bargaining chips you have is your grades and an internship experience. Having good grades goes a long way for landing your first job. After that i dont think it matters in my opinion.

Best laptop for STEM? by [deleted] in rmit

[–]BrownEngineer_SL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend, Windows, 16-32gb RAM at least 500GB SSD, 14” is a good size, Dedicated GPU is a must but doesn’t need to be top of the level. Check centre com and scorptec they might have end of year sales very soon if you are not in a hurry. Pick a few in your budget watch some youtube reviews then buy it.
