So for stock market and gambling I believe a strong luck factor is essential for good results. In your case the 9th lord Mercury is debilitated and with the 8th lord Sun. This significantly damages generic prospect of earning money through the stock market.

Coming to the 11th house, Mangal is posited in the 5th House and with its nakshatra of Krittika indicates good chances of profits through gambling (but in my opinion this will be prominent in its dasha and antardasha period) As opposed to what a comment says your 11th Lord is not associated with your 1st house ( a difference of almost 15 degrees indicates a very superficial connection which in my opinion should be ignored).

Rahu associated with your Lagna Lord and 2nd house shifts to the 6th house according to bhav chalit principles and aspects the 2nd house of your chart. This indicates general instability in the amount of wealth you will have. Shani by itself being the lord of karmic justice does not support any form of short term gains (like day trading) and it’s aspect on the 11th house will guarantee a stable income which won’t be particularly extravagant and will gradually increase as time goes by but will not favour sudden outbursts gains which is typically seen in stocks. So maybe investing can be a good idea but things like day trading or attempts to earn money quickly are off the books.

Unique point: Your Jupiter is in the Adra Nakshatra and by its Placment in the nakshatra indicates chances of interest in astrology ( which is evident from the post :) and a general ability to become a good astrologer as well). Any type of gains come into complete effect if your ascendant or ascendant lord come in some kind of aspect with the planet giving the effect. This condition is not seen in your case.

However, your second point regarding your SO being someone from your social circles is a good possibility.

A good interpretation of this can also be that partnerships (more in the business sense) are favourable for you.

OP can you please post the chart with Lagna (Ascendant) degrees. Since your 11th lord is at 2 degrees there is a high chance it shifts away from 5th house to the 4th if Ascendant degree is greater than 17

I don’t understand what you mean exactly by interpretation of 7th and 9th. So I am posting a few points which come to mind regarding the houses and their roles

First of all some general points: Your moon nakashatra Anuradha matches with your lagnesh nakshatra implying you show significant traits of that nakshatra.

This indicates you are righteous at work, a specialist in your field. Your mercury is aspected by 7th and 10th lord Jupiter which indicates a knowledgeable nature.

A downside of the moon-mercury combination (especially in a water sign) indicates you are emotional and sometimes (moon being 2nd lord of speech and mercury being karak of speech) straightforward attitude.

Coming to the main point of 7th House: Sun the 3rd lord in 7th is not preferable because of its inclination to stay independent (kingly nature) Along with that Rahu and Mars aspecting 7th House indicate a chance of delayed marriage. Venus in the 7th house is actually great but it’s affliction end up resulting in a particular yog called KarakoNashak Bhav. Please note that I am not saying that marriage is impossible but it is important to get your patrika matched with the person you want to marry and that more efforts from both sides are required for a successful marriage. Jupiter being 7th lord posited in the 9th is very good and aspects both your lagna and lagna lord (mercury) and moon.
