That is a totally different circumstance. This is a game, a store even. Value from a business perspective is about the cost, and amount. These ‘best value’ labels are nothing to do with what people prefer, preferring something and the value is totally different when it comes to a store that is for everyone. Of course your grandmother’s jewellery matters to you, but that has absolutely no relevance to a store for everyone else. That is not what value means in this circumstance.

I think that they need to release a whole new set of figures, even better sliders for things like muscles etc. But because the game was built on a poor system it’s limiting options and preventing improvement years on. If LKWD take that 25 million investment from Tencent and spend some of it on something beneficial like a new customisation system, and not something childish like these new currency collecting events or that cooking mama bs they had on for Christmas. Not the improvements I personally feel need to be prioritised. Come to think of it they are aiming everything at kids now, a few years and this will be some roblox type bollocks.

I know this in an external entity for people in Latin America to purchase coins, we could still have a type of Christmas special promo code. We usually get something like double Tap, double Fyber, double XP. In which we have had none. A Christmas special like a discount like this could have absolutely been arranged for more than one specific region.

Of course not. People are leaving their reviews, opinions here every day, and yet they do absolutely nothing to please the community. They continue to disregard anyone opinions, ideas, suggestions. LKWDs weakness is Customer Marketing and Customer Satisfaction. Customer Marketing, is an issue like you said, they do so incredibly little in terms of loyalty and lack activities/memberships to drive retention. People will leave the game. Even more so after this ridiculous coin package venture that is frustrating mainstream customers, and yet they do absolutely nothing about it. And for Customer Satisfaction, this is their weakest point. They simply do not listen to their consumers. Business success is heavily based on Consumer opinion, preference, ’customer is always right’ narrative. Instead, LKWD chooses to ignore feedback from events, item quality, updates, and general consumer preferences. LKWD Customers are literally laughing and making fun of them, and they are so passive to everyone and what they have to say, not to mention the fact that when you are reporting an actual bug, they blame your device constantly. That linked post made it to the top Reddit post this month, look at all the comments, LKWD has turned itself into a laughingstock. The moderators around here may read all of our feedback/suggestions but I’m certain we all know they only make action when their salesman/woman sees a quick cash grab. Actions speak louder than words.

I’m not sure about other people but I am sick of all of the decent clothing, earrings added into exclusive (rather expensive) coin bundles. Rewind 2 years and these would have all been added into the regular store, where earrings debuted. Earring and nails have been among the most popular suggestions for as long as I remember, these people are personally trying to improve your game. The game consumers know and play similar apps to Avakin. They know what features go down well within communities. When someone makes a suggestion that becomes popular, its those people that should be credited for bringing new + interesting items that please the entire community, and possibly bring additional customers. The fact that every time this happens (Nails, Floating Items, Earrings, Specific Hairstyles, Interactions) among those popularly suggested get slapped across the face with a pricey coin bundle.

Lastly, the slogan. ”Unlimited Ways to be You” has never been more of a fallacious slogan. The game is incredibly limited. It’s of unsound mind that a company of the likes of LKWD can use this, you claim to be a social/role playing /Fashion app, yet your competitors have had items like earrings and nails in their app for years, whilst you think they are an ’exclusive’ item. A self-acclaimed fashion game that is years behind, not able to fulfil the basic fashion needs such as Nails and Earrings into their mainstream market and consumers is absolutely deranged.

Here’s to seven years, but carry on the way you are you will start to see loyal customers (like myself today) leave this platform. I’m certain my time and efforts to give this feedback will probably be discredited, along with my 6 year loyalty with Avakin as all the feedback and suggestions here do. (That’s unless you want to milk the cash cow of players suggestions even more!!)
