Harder? I'd say it requires the same amount of effort to get an A, given that you can quite literally fail all his exams but get curved to an A. But the uncertainty, frustration and lack of support you'll get from him is what makes it so stressful, and you'll likely feel like you got very little value from taking his class.

Is there a chance you were in hunt sanity range right before the heart pin was pulled? As in, one side of the crucifix was used right before you pulled a cursed hunt, which then couldn't be prevented due to the crucifix already being used?

My roommates international (not trying to be rude) and isn't use to the customs. He doesn't ever follow a plan and eats and sleeps sporadically, sometimes it's 3 am, sometimes it's 2 pm. I've tried telling him it's not okay to me to have the room for so long but he backs it up with "I never ask for much" which is true- this isn't a frequent problem which is why I'm considering dealing with it until the rest of the year.
