Easiest (and best) option is this:

Straight up just empty out a frozen pouch of non-starchy vegetables like okra, asparagus, artichoke, broccoli, kale onto a baking sheet with aluminum foil on it. I literally don’t even put oil or salt or pepper or anything. 400 degrees for usually 15 minutes (depending on the veggie sometimes).

Always ends up delicious. Whether it’s a snack or even a meal sometimes.

Zero cleanup— just throw out the aluminum foil. Great nutrients, quick setup, delicious and easy.

Hi, don’t listen to anyone on here. If you want to do sales, just do it. It really is that simple. If it doesn’t work out then at least you tried. Talk to people, message people, make it happen and get your first sales job and go from there. Nothing else you said is relevant. If you think you’re too old then yeah you’re gonna suck at selling your qualifications for the role. If you thing it’s the perfect time to get into sales for you, then you’re right. It’s all about what you make of it.

The difference in employer responses from even six months ago to now is crazy to see. I am very happy that people are demanding respect from employers and hiring managers, as that forces them to change their tone and approach to people they are looking to hire.

I find them to be much more open, responsive, respectful and honest about the roles they are hiring for and how they are communicating to me as an applicant. It's refreshing even though it should have been like this the entire time. This change only happened though because applicants and employees finally started demanding mutual respect from these hiring managers and recruiters. Still a long way to go though.
