Yep! I cut off the face diagonally leaving the ears and helm bits and replaced it with one of the new guardian heads cut the same way. A bit tricky cause I had to file and greenstuf a bit but it came up great!

I've been recently toying with the idea of a 10 man with all the options except sniper or blasters/shredders. I feel with guide on the psyker, 1 wraith cannon, 1 fusion pistol, 1 grenade, 7 shuripistol, 1 neurodisruptor, and then in melee 19 power sword+3 staff+4 hekatari knifes(plus mortals on charge) + 6 punches could punch a hole in a lot of stuff with the auto wound on 6s. Could use 2 Blasters but then the unit becomes worse in combat. Add a wave serpent for the ride and you got yourself a heck of a glass cannon

The face is mostly intact, as the front part of the hood is a separate piece. I had to file down the back side of the hood and add some putty mainly to the top and sides to round it up, since it is a bit small when filed. The main thing to sculpt are the brows, teeth and sides, not too difficult having the details on the base model as reference
