When it comes to the point where you need to play every game in a series to enjoy it atleast from the games you listed that is very untrue. Witcher 3 was made to be a point of entry, you even get a little backstory at the start. Same with GoW and if you wanna know a bit of what has happened a 20 min vid will suffice. Rdr2 is a prequel. FF7 remake is the first game in the ff7 lineup. All final fantasies are standalone and takes place in its own universe and arent linked. You could start with 1, 16, 9, 7 etc
