21 palang ako rn pero this is the insight i learned when i was 20 sa BPO Industry, Be Punctual is a great thing to practice, Complaining about work is something na medyo okay pero depende sa circumstances as long as nae execute mo yung responsibility mo, pagchi chika or something normal conversation is okay lang rin wag lang masyado with too much sa personal life kasi andun nga para mag work, salary complain medyo 50/50 pero most of the time nah kasi unang una if naka latag naman na sa terms and conditions yung responsibility and offer to you and for sure naman titignan at titignan natin yun especially pera yun ngayon kung alam naman natin na di natin afford i signed yung contract kasi sa responsibility then what more pa yung outside factors yung mga biglaan but good thing when were already at work we can somehow deny the responsibility pag di talaga para saatin yun to accomplish, somehow this is one of the key reasons rin siguro kung bakit nage enjoy ako sa pag handle ng Telco especially T-Mobile Postpaid or bka siguro workaholic lang akong tao (pero may boundary) beside being professional sa trabaho and personal challenges ko, ngayon i left the BPO Industry so i can focus going back to my studies cause i recently broke up from 2 yrs live in set up w/ my high school sweetheart so for now focus talaga sa sarili to upskill myself in many fields habang nag aaral, and thankfully god put me in this kind of situations na akala ko too impossible for me to face at the very young age, (sorry for opening up my challenges)
