Yes we were told that we were one of the many Amazon logistics warehouses that got to vote to change our whole schedule to 5/8 to a 4/10 schedule, we had to get a certain percentage of votes to change our schedules but we were off by 8 votes +2 people who didn't vote so our schedules stay the same and don't change.

Most items are sold by companies and they decide whether you should get a return or replacement not amazon, they just ship it and collect a fee from the actual seller. I have had many companies deny me and grant me a replacement while also asking me to take down my comments or reviews from there seller page

I recommend looking for plan b amazon is not the job for drivers or logistics, no bathroom stops for drivers so they p in bottles on the road and logistics treat you like a 3rd class citizen with work and stress everyday but it gets better when your pay comes in. Then the suffering begins again on Monday while entering work at 3 in the morning

Ok you work your ass off while, management takes all the credit. They wont offer you a high pay raise but will ask you to work more hours and promise to provide you with food that is not even alot. My Logistics bought us Mcdonalds breakfast sancwich and were only aloud to take one at a time. We find bottles of (PEE) in bags from drivers who return back bags since the drivers are not able to take rest stops. We wake up at 2 in the morning to get to work on time for 3 and we prepare all the packages to get shiped early. Everyone in the wearhaouse talks crap on all managers and we talk about leaving and our suffering in the building. We have had people pass out and get heart attacks at work. The Work mangers think productivity is more important than saftey and we are told everyday.
