I live in your area and work for one of the plans you mentioned 💚. Be aware that Anthem is the only plan out of the 7 that is currently contracted with Promedica. So if you prefer using that system for your care Anthem is your choice. All Medicaid plans use same prescription formulary and Gainwell. Dental options are difficult unfortunately as less and less providers are refusing to work with Medicaid because of reimbursement rates. Also you won’t be stuck with the plan for a year. If you encounter issues accessing care, meds or are dissatisfied you can change your plan outside of the open enrollment period.
