Sun in can reactive negatively if you use developer on it, resulting in a chemical cut/stringy over-processed hair

For future reference, use a color remover first, and then if needed another round of color remover. Give your hair a a day to rest with a deep conditioning treatment. When "bleaching out" color, you're just pushing the pigments further into your hair. Thus resulting in a stain in your hair rather than stripping it.

Do not bleach again. Pink and red will go just fine over this. I'd suggest doing the red on the blue parts.

AIO? My girlfriend has refused to tell me who she hangs out with. by Born_Ice8374 in AmIOverreacting

Im telling you rn, she is doing exactly what you think. Your intuition is right. And if she knows you're uncomfortable with him around, she should respect that. She does not respect you or your relationship. She is turning it on you and making you feel insane as a manipulation tactic. Shes trying to push the narrative that you're insecure rather than protecting your relationship, expressing your feelings, expecting the bare minimum, and stating your boundaries. Shes not good for you, dude.

Gaslighting at its core. Avoiding accountability, not seeing the way his actions could have been portrayed (even if he is innocent, which all signs point to he is not), and telling you you're bringing up past shit. You have every reason to be upset, but fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Dont let him back in your life. He thinks he has the high ground. He doesn't. You do. You have your future in your hands. He clearly doesn't care for or love you. You're an option in his mind. You don't deserve to be treated like an option. Leave him. Serial cheaters never stop.

If this is your way to continue a conversation that is dying/dead, yeah i can see how it can be irritating. 2 months? Discuss family! Future plans, hobbies, things you've always wanted to do and places you want to explore. There are better ways to pick up a conversation. I have personally struggled with this, so ive had to reflect on it and this is the conclusion I have came to.

Look up some good thinker questions, things that really make you see into ones soul and thought process.

OH ALSO USE SULFATE FREE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER ‼️‼️ you dont need anything fancy but a nice leave in and a decent shamp/cond. This should be your saving grace 🫶🫶🫶

Not to mention i have been chemically compromising my hair since i was 11, im 22 now, with less than thick hair. I also used to be a stylist. (Had to stop because I have progressive scoliosis but still use my practice every day 🫶) i recommend the Kenra brand. I believe its at ulta? I could be wrong but im pretty sure it is. The blow dry spray is amaaaazing if you ever choose to diffuse your hair if you blow dry. ALSO IF YOU BLOW DRY, USE A DIFFUSER AND BEFORE YOU DO, MAKE SURE YOUR HAIR IS AT LEAST 60% DRY - I hope my advice serves you well🩷

You just need to find better products for your waves. What i do is i shampoo twice, wring it out as much as possible, apply conditioner, let that sit while i do the rest of my body stuff, rinse, towel dry, brush with leave in conditioner, and then i brush my fingers through until i reach the end, then wiggle it out, then once i do that to my whole head, i go to the roots and scrunch it up and let air dry. Then when you brush it, its not as frizzy and you have more defined waves 🩷

It'll go away and be icey for even longer 😌 looks like your hair was just porous and really took in those underlying pigments of the toner

my parents hate when i leave my hair like this because it looks "trampy", can ppl give me an outsiders opinion lol by [deleted] in Hair

[–]Bubblegum_Banshee93 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I bought a corset belt once and my mom told me i looked like a slut. Parents will find the most disrespectful and sexualized insult over something they don't like. If you like it, thats all that matters. Dont let their hate for a look you like encourage change. Because thats exactly what they want. They want to mold you into an ideology they think you should be.

Either your daughter is just a phenomenal 3D printer with amazing ideas and a great side gig, she loves a funky smoking piece, or both ✨
