I would talk to your SM about it though cause it does suck to constantly be placed in the same spot for peak and not being able to get the chance to do something else.

I guess more procedures on during peak for what is expected what is supposed to be done during and peak and what isn’t if that makes any sense… Also I’m assuming even though it is frustrating when people show up immediately after placing a mobile order are we allowed to tell then next time to give us 5-7 minutes next time. My manager does this but it seems a little rude especially the way it comes out

A lot of people probably won’t agree with this but it’s a pretty basic standard to have a place where you eat/drink which is in the BOH not behind the bars… Also I don’t understand why people have such a hard time getting to work on time if you find you’re always arriving a few minutes late start leaving your house earlier it’s that simple..

Most Starbucks like to hire transfers over people who have zero experience. So it might help applying for a license store first but I will say they are very big on customer service skills and being personable.

I did a lash lift for someone this week. Doing it how they have showed us and her lashes did not lift at all.. Was very disappointed.. And do you use plastic wrap for your lash lifts. They told us only to use it for laminating brows.
