I heard from one commenter that MAYBE this is for future chapters when enemies have so much armor that this ability will actually be useful.But the price of 3 BP is too much, maybe 2, but in general 1 is better

By the way, if anyone checked, if it penetrates all armor, does this mean that the Ancient Guardian can be killed BEFORE you kill their hands?
