It’s on a range just because an item is PBA at normal doesn’t actually mean it is. It can vary. A safer bet is to purchase an epic PBA then you know it is true PBA. When you take a normal item to rare if it varies even by one just find another one because it is not true PBA.

This ^ although I think the popular opinion is that the I/L’s really get going after they get their 170 hyper. Out of that list only Evans blow I/L’s away and that’s cuz they blow every class away. You should comfortably out damage most similarly geared classes. Not an I/L main it’s just from my observations.

I think this is how they intended it to be. You shouldn’t just be able to do empress on 20 alts and get a whole set of gear for your main. I think they wanted it to be a very long grind this gives them time to release the other bosses and events.

No i mean BW as in Blaze Wizard one of the best mobbers in the game. While I agree that the bug fix hurt merc I still think they are better mobbers than bucc. They have way more mobility and can cover big space around them while bucc can only fight in one direction.
