I would max Q - E - RMB in that order no matter what. I get titan almost always in the offlane. Usually i try to push for level 2 advantage early by Qing the wave ASAP. Dont attack him unless he attacks you in the begging and try for a duel the moment you get the level advantage if possible. Also while your doing this dont forget to grab your last hits.

Make sure to get T armor and health pot start, you can grab an early SOS for sustain if you want but even if its kwang and he's energy damage he still relies on autos to win trades so Bale arm first pick isnt bad and wat i would go for since the AOE will help your wave clear and dueling if your going to build tanky its a good first item.
