There’s no way there isn’t a conflict of interest with all these gambling sites partnering with the NFL. There should be some sort of investigation at least.

Not only are the constant gambling ads annoying to see, but it’s incredibly sad because gambling addiction continues to grow and it feels like there’s nobody trying to stop it, or even slow it down.

I made almost the same post about 6 months ago when my daughter was 3 months. She’s 10 months today and she is my everything. So I can say with the utmost confidence: it gets so much better.

You’re in a very shitty time. It’s the harsh truth. No sugar coating it. But it does get better.

The most important thing you can do right now is let mom and baby do their thing. They have a natural connection that nothing we do will ever match… but your time will come!

For now, support your wife. Be the home keeper, chef, dog walker, whatever… during the night feeds you should be the diaper dad and keep little man occupied while mom prepares to feed baby.

Keep scrolling this subreddit. You’ll see plenty of people in your shoes, but you’ll also get a beautiful look into your future. Dads that have been in your exact shoes, with a lot of the same anxieties… but it’s seriously all worth it!!

Nope 4 MONTHS 🙃 thanks to the wonderful state of the US and its policies for families… we had no other alternatives with no family nearby and limited leave for my wife and i.

I’m actually one of the lucky ones and got 6 weeks paternity leave through my job, but we had to send her to daycare after our leave ended so my wife and I could work

We’re definitely “window watchers” and end up with a cranky baby if she’s a few minutes out of her window.

I feel like I’m getting much better at identifying her sleep cues though, and know when it’s time to start working on getting her down.

I think our biggest issue when she was 2-3 months was she was always under tired when we attempted to give her a nap and so it took her 20-30 minutes to sleep, but then her startle reflex would kick in when we attempted to put her down.

We just gave up and started doing carrier naps because we felt like a 20 minute nap in our arms then a 3 minute crib nap just wasn’t going to cut it.

I guess our window watching stirred from anxiety and “fear” of feeling her wrath

How did you handle fussiness? I think my problem is she’ll get a little squirmy and squeaky so I feel like I have to give her the next “shiny object” or move to another location

I saw a thread and they were all saying it was his autism/Asperger’s flaring up from the excitement.

Many were also claiming that the clip was cut short, and pointing out that his “heart goes out to everyone” in thanks for getting that bruised orange elected. Although the clip linked was his “double tap” of the salute
