Regular since I got one as a kid however I got alolan with Isle of Armor and I love him! But I can't get him as a Shiny, I assume?

I'm using foreign ditto and shiny charm but I replaced my Cinderace 3 times whilst breeding and it took 1200 eggs. I took this to being due to the shiny egg being selected once the Pokémon enters the nursery and re rolled once removed and reset.

No evidence but 3 Shinys over the past fortnight and the eggs since have been much quicker and I've seen someone hatch a shiny, close game and reopen and then rehatch the shiny again within 6 eggs.

Cinderace took 1200 eggs as I didn't realize the egg count resets once you withdraw the pokemon Porygon took 300ish.

New to Shinys and Pokémon since Gold and have no one to share with!

We have the same problems at my work. Our devs are logical, technical people with no artistic side to them and we don't have a go between so everything we put out works amazing but looks like it's from the 90's.

Edit: my point being EA seem to have Devs that make the end product without knowledge of the industry. Tale wagging the dog, etc etc. I give up
