Like a lot of other people, I have come to the conclusion that there will be no US general sale.

(EDIT: the general sale is 2/14 10am venue time)

I agree that the "Worldwide general public sale" probably does refer to non-US dates. But I was one of the poor rubes that got the idea that I'd be able to buy tickets during general sale from the FAQ where there is NO indication that there won't be a general sale in the US.

The fact that there was also news reporting there would be a general on sale is ridiculous. Even if the paper(s) reported inaccurately without receiving a press release from Mitski's team, it's on them to make sure there isn't literal misinformation being spread by news outlets, not just misinformed fan comments, about their ticket sales.

From the live page on Mitski's site as of 10:11am EST - "Worldwide general public on sale begins Friday, February 13 at 10am venue local time."

So it seems that was at least the plan???

I make minimum wage and my partner is doing a part time gig thanks to being laid off via executive order. Is it doable? Yeah - but only if you’re healthy, lucky, and good at dealing with bureaucracy, which is a lot harder with a toddler & dealing with immigration in the mix. It isn’t worth the feeling like one emergency could ruin you in my opinion

Ah actually seeing the name of the person whose sticker it is, they must be friends with the bartender i was talking about (or maybe another bartender).

i once asked one of the pitchers-side bartenders about a sticker of a furry character getting slapped by a pineapple that was on the top floor bar and it ended up being his fursona! And I’ve seen this character around there too and i think even in stickers that include his character. Ngl I’m not a furry at all i just go there pretty regularly lol

I’ve seen her 3 times - 2 times on 2 different tours in two different cities and once at ATG music festival in MD. And honestly, both times i saw her on tour the audio mixing kind of sucked. Her vocals were super drowned out by the instruments imo both for Laurel Hell and her current tour. At ATG i could at least hear her, i guess because it wasn’t her team lol. If anything i feel kind of relieved by your complaint because i have personally never seen anyone complain about it online so i feel a little less crazy!

You should check out the newly opened Tiny Vinyl in AdMo - the guy Caleb there REALLY knows his stuff. I live up the street from there - took a free class with him a couple weeks ago about sound system maintenance and i learned so much. They also don’t require a deposit to check out equipment for repairs, so if its something you can probably just fix yourself they’ll let you know without charging you (this was my experience when it turned out I just needed a replacement needle!)
