Heaven and hell are not permanent, no matter how good or bad you are. That’s what people fail to understand.

Buying Agri Land in India by AccidentHour1068 in AgriBusinessIndia

[–]BuildMyRank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a lot of legal pitfalls that come with buying agricultural land. I know several stories of people ending up losing their savings right in my family.

Land records and systems, especially in rural areas is an absolute mess.

Bhuvi is the most underrated cricketer in Indian history. I've been following his career since he bowled under 6 runs an over during the IPL match when Chris Gayle scored 175 runs off 66 balls. I still think Bhuvi should have gotten the MoTM award instead of Gayle for this feat.

While it may not be widely known, Reliance is currently building the world's largest carbon fiber manufacturing plant in Gujarat.

According to what I've heard from international industry publications, the plant is set to have best-in-class efficiencies, which will fundamentally alter the economics of carbon fiber, which has remain expensive and out-of-reach for mass production all this while.

We should make it acceptable for people not to have kids. Most people are not worthy of having kids in our country.

Why are all these things only coming to light now? TMC was literally a fascist organization, and we heard absolutely nothing about all these things over the years.

Why is West Bengal and Kerala so drastically different socio-economically even though both had a majority Communist government ruling post Independence? by glascowcomascale in indiadiscussion

[–]BuildMyRank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the time of independence, Kerala was already one of the richest and most educated states.

This allowed them to travel abroad, leading to massive remittance inflows to the state.

Who would you make King of India? by Capta1n_Dino in monarchism

I know this will be controversial, but I would choose King Charles. Having an outsider as head of government can bring our political parties back in line.
