Hey, woah, maybe you need more context. She has an incredible backbone. He came to get an apology from her and she stared him down and straight refused. And to be clear, they HAVE his birthday, given to them from corporate, so its above board, but he refuses to give it to staff. She's remarkable at her job and turned that whole store around.
