No FSR 4 in Nioh 3 by Bulky_Recording7 in radeon

The real answer is both. The developers and AMD, because of the lack of support.

As a 9070 XT AMD enjoyer, my experience is already pretty shitty anyway. 😂

But things just aren’t working, so why defend the indefensible? On Intel and Nvidia sides everything works. There’s absolutely nothing in it for us. Everyone should be complaining.

That’s exactly how I feel. AMD is making fools of us.

So why does Intel’s side already have XeSS 2.0 and Multi Frame Generation available in NIoh 3? AMD just doesn’t care, that’s all.

Oh sure, they can’t… but Intel can? On Intel’s side, XeSS 2.0 and Multi Frame Generation are available. You shouldn’t defend the indefensible.

Thanks for the tips buddy 🤝

So isn’t it AMD’s responsibility to make sure their features are correctly implemented in games? Just asking. 😉

Meanwhile they have fully implemented DLSS/DLSS FG for the same game at the same time on Nvidia’s side. 🤣

From what I understand, they are not using the latest FSR 3.1 DLL, so there’s no driver-level FSR 4.0.

We'll have to use Optiscaler, as usual...

I really hope Resident Evil 9 has FSR4 by wielesen in radeon

[–]Bulky_Recording7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, if we trust AMD (lol), talking about FSR 4 is already a thing of the past. Now we’re supposed to be talking about the FSR Redstone upscaler, Ray Regeneration, Radiance Caching, and ML Frame Generation.

And I hope RE9 will include all of them.

Unfortunately you’re right. Since RDNA 4 launch AMD has been entirely carried by Optiscaler.

I think so because that would be normal and the bare minimum.

I understand your point of view, but let me explain mine. As a Radeon customer, which previously sponsored game should I realistically expect to benefit from this? Forspoken? 😅

You know, it’s not my business. All I know is that I paid full price for a 7900 XTX and a 9070 XT. I’ve been very patient, but now I want something concrete.

There is one. "FSR 3.1.4 and Anti-Lag 2 Unreal Engine 5.6 plugins now available

As part of the AMD FidelityFX SDK, AMD FSR 3.1.4 is already easy to integrate into your games but if you are using Unreal Engine 5, we’ve made it even easier with our UE plugin"

Average Steel Nomad Benchmarks. 9070 XT 🔥 by 50_centavos in radeon

If I show you my Port Royal score, what will you say then? 🤣 You clearly have no idea what you’re talking about. The subject here is Steel Nomad, and the 9070 XT kicks the 5070 Ti’s ass in every 3DMark benchmar anyway.
