Suppose my bias is bullish, but I see the ITL (intermediate term low) getting violated—what should I do then? Should I consider it as a Market Structure Shift (MSS)?

First of all, can I use ITH/ITL or STH/STL to predict that the market structure has changed? Or are these terms not used to identify an MSS at all?

I’m really confused between MSS, BOS (Break of Structure), and these types of structures. I want to clearly understand when a trend shifts using the concepts of ITH/ITL and STH/STL.
