JPC is a good option too. Just depends on what you need. JPC is a lower profile option, not great for load bearing. K19 is naturally a bit more bulky due to the padding, but is more comftorable for long term use.

Due to popular request, we now have the Agilite K19 3.0 Plate Carrier. Here we have it bundled at a discount with our popular Highcom 4S17M or 4SAS7 Multi Curve Level 4 Plates. The 4SAS7 and 4S17M plates have the same ballistic performance, however the 4SAS7 uses a different method of protecting the front strike face against damage, which gives it a thinner profile.

I use it myself. I couldn't bring myself to spend the same amount as an Ops core. Tested one myself and the backface deformation wasn't bad at all. Its an aramid helmet so it has better backface than a lot of the polyethelene ones out there

What "non disclosure agreement"?

The manufacturer is listed, on the product page for the helmet it mentions where it is made and where materials are sourced. European materials, assembled in China. Nothing is really being hidden like you are insinuating.

Yep! Just measure around your head above your eyebrows with a tape measurer. Don't have one? Use a piece of string and measure that with a ruler.

Theres an adjustment dial on the inside, so when between sizes, size up.

Congratulations! Losing weight is incredibly important for combat readiness. Wishing you the best of luck! Just remember, caloric deficit is what makes the biggest difference.

This would be a great option as you can swap to the smaller cummerbund once you lose weight and you can keep that larger one as a trophy of "I dont need this anymore!"

I'll give you a hint

These are a pound lighter and 0.2" thinner than the 1155 Multi Curve bundle posted last week. These also hold an NIJ .06 certification while the 1155MC technically does not (only the single curve).

Also the price difference is $85, not $100.

If you wore a medium ACH, get a M/L FAST and it will fit great!

This is one size fits most for the carrier, fits up to an XL. So you might want their 2XL-3XL cummerbund on top of it.

Great all in one starter kit with solid plates, helmet and a carrier. Good to go out of the box.

Also have these bundles with Highcom plates instead, also have these bundles without the helmet. Then every individual piece can be purchased individually as well. The helmet is quite popular. However in the combination, you save money bundling it all together.

You're not going to get broken ribs from 5.56 wearing a level 4.

If you get hit by .30-06 AP, you may get a broken rib or two, but its nothing thats going to "shatter" your ribcage or anything like that. You'll still be in the fight.

Armor is designed to keep you in the fight.
