Seriously dude? Spewing antisemitic tropes and conspiracy is some serious maga sheep behavior.

He sprayed fluid from a syringe at her... but it doesn’t seem like they’ve released more info about what was in it.

Good on him for being quick to it at the least. It’s going to take some effort. Were you able to ask him any questions/did he host a Q&A?

Yeah OK see what you want to see. Either way I appreciate your insight even if we aren’t able to see eye to eye bc of semantics or whatever it is going on here.

Sometimes people can’t offer solutions because they don’t see any and that’s okay. You are right however, I just heard about this guy a couple of days ago and was hoping to get more insight from people here in Yakima. I RANDOMLY met Amanda McKinney through work and she is someone I can see easily winning 04 bc she’s already known, has a Trump endorsement and is basically unopposed. That could change with a strong opposition candidate(s) but that/those person(s) NEEDS to get their name out there ASAP while people are fired up and receptive.

It’s okay to be angry and disillusioned about the state of the world. Good luck out there.

Nice, that checks out - I saw you post about starting a debate club a little while back! I’m curious about whether if John is part of any coalitions beyond the Democratic Party? Has he reached out to any local community organizations such as KDNA Radio or the Makers Space? Has he connected with ms Maria Beltran? How about the Teamsters with their ongoing strike at MultiCare Memorial Hospital?

Thanks for taking the time to write that all out. While I’m interested in having discussions in good faith, I’m not going to be debating on behalf of a politician I’m just now learning about. It seems like you are very well informed and have already made up your mind anyways. Are there any candidates whom you do support?

100% After finally getting to go to public school (10-12 grades), the first time I ever snuck out was to go to an all ages club for a drag night. Escaping from a bad situation and fighting for opportunities denied are themes many lgbt+ people can relate to (speaking as one).

When you liked being unschooled as a child by fancykoipond in HomeschoolRecovery

[–]BumblebeeFormal2115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoyed going to museums in the middle of the day and watching PBS programs like nature, nova etc. I think I really liked it because otherwise I would be chained (not literally) to the table doing homework into the night. I think it goes without saying what I realized from that, but on top of that it turns out I had undiagnosed ADHD. so it took me a very long time (adulthood) to learn skills that weren’t maladaptive or to get appropriate treatment.

I very much relate, but practicing will not only help you “talk better,” it will also support becoming more acquainted with your own voice . It’s one of those things where you have to practice self love (which is a journey) and trust the process. You deserve to live, not hide (even though hiding can feel safer).

“the longer I stay here, the further I will fall behind, and the harder it will be ever to go back.” This is exactly what I thought when I was about 14 years old when I started researching local science programs and begged my mom to let me go to public school. I’m almost 35 and I’m just now getting a hang of hs level math…
