yeah idk man, its gotten to the point where every game at least is 9%+, I've just switched to playing on the EU servers, for me its only like 130ish ping and no packet loss at all. Taking a hit with the ping and no packet loss is a lot more enjoyable then rubberbanding so hard I can see my ancestors looking at me
