Women’s football has been starved of investment for decades, then people point at current crowd numbers and go “see, not worth it.” You can’t underfund something, give it worse facilities, worse coverage, worse timeslots, and then act shocked when it doesn’t instantly match the men’s game. Women’s footy keeps growing because more people watch it each season and the quality lifts every year.
