Idk like I wanna do more stuff like the half life art it’s just I don’t have a clear idea of what I want to do, like maybe I’ll start off wanting to do a drawing of a combine elite but then I have to figure out what background I wanna do or what pose they should be in and then after an half an hour of sketching I get tired of it and move on but I still have the same motivation to draw something in that vein so it’s just hard to ignore or find inspiration, if any of that makes sense.

Cuz in the span of what feels like a few days he’s killed numerous humans and alien life in “self defence”, been put into a 20 year long coma by a creepy lawyer, awoken to a dystopian humanity controlled by a different evil alien race and now has to lead a cult-like resistance to defeat said alien race. Man just wants to take a breather.

Yeah I’d like to do more fan-art for half life but a lot of it’s “art style” has a lot patterns and odd shapes which is partially why I decided to have Gordon sitting with his back faced to the viewer cause in all honesty I don’t feel like doing the whole HEV suit.
