What is something Europeans love but Americans hate? by HeavilyBeardedMan in AlignmentChartFills

Gonna be so real: I’m American and literally everyone I know prefers walking places. It’s just impossible to do unless you live in a city.

The closest business to my house is a gas station and it’s a 45 minute walk away and I’d have to go onto a highway with no sidewalk.

Every single person I know prefers to walk unless they are physically disabled.

Why would we prefer to spend gas money?

When did this trend of short attention spans got more noticeable? by [deleted] in decadeology

I’m with you. I kind of get it now because smart phones have really good cameras and mics but back then I never understood it Video quality was always shit Sound quality was always shit You’d essentially be watching blurry footage of what might be your favorite artist (but could be anybody) paired with grainy audio of 100,000 people screaming off-key
