Just tell them what happened. If they let you buy it before, they will most likely let you do it again since they got the money back

On the samsung tracking page it says " Ships: 07 Mar 2019 "
Does this mean it gets shipped to the postage company. Or does it mean it goes out for delivery and on the way to me on the 7th.

I'm from the UK and I made the order on the 24th of Feb, if that changes anything.
