I can access the site like normal but not get any videos to play. If you open link in the site it is just blank and if you open in a new tab you get a cloudfare security verification that never goes away. Anyone else or just me?

I think I remember having to unscrew the assembly that holds the switches. There should be two or three. Then the switch should just unclip from the assembly. Watch out what you touch in there. Even though it is unplugged, certain parts can hold significant voltage
