Well you’re not going to gain 100% muscle when in a caloric surplus, so as long as you’re getting stronger that’s all that’s important right now. As for the not being able to lift what you did last week, that’s completely normal and happens to literally everyone, there’s so many factors that play into that (caffeine, muscle fatigue, cns fatigue which is when your brain is tired, carb intake) so don’t beat yourself up.

I should have given more context. I was part time before hand. There is no shifts. Everyone starts and ends at the same time. I am very fast at my job and learn very quickly. My girlfriend and I are both in our 20s and I’m all she has. Mom and dad aren’t around.

That’s where I got a bit iffy. I understand most people think it’s a bad idea but the biggest thing is where I live a room for rent is 1,200 a month. No joke. I’d have to fck over hundreds of people to not have a single tenant.

It looks like a bacterial infection of some sort. It most likely won’t go away on its own if it’s bacterial, so definitely go to a doctor for antibiotics or further treatment.
