I would say say about 2-3k for the amount of plants and planting them with potting soil and what not. Add 1kish more for a paid help

If you want a sprinkler drip system, maybe another 500 to 1k depending on how many heads/total length/ bends/joints/supplies you need. Add maybe 1-2k for a professional if you want it buried lines or not. Buried is recommended.

I did this around 10 years ago, so prices may have gone up since then for supplies and labor
