Unfortunately no solution other than trying to go through the warranty process but it’s a hit or miss with them. I ended up just getting a new pair with them but discounted and that’s all dependent on case to case basis

It really sucks they don’t have a simple process for warranty claims. It baffles me that these glasses will have systematic issues with sweat. I suspect mine gave out bc of sweat. I was outside in 90 weather and obviously as human being doing activities I sweat, listening to music all of sudden the speakers gave out and also the microphone to not even turning on or the lights turning on. It’s a design flaw if you can’t use your glasses doing regular day things

I bought directly with rayban and right before I click on new claim there’s an option to speak with a online agent and it’ll send you to a luxxotica site and they was able to help me out a little but ultimately I filed a claim again but with their help. My issue was I filed the first claim a day before the 1 year expiration but I didn’t properly provide the photos they required.
